Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) opposed and will lobbying this bill:
WSWA wants retailer shipping to be restricted to protect profits of overgrown wholesale corporations. They apply pressure on FedEx and UPS as well.
WSWA's attempts to restrict retailer shipping are definitely not in any interests of consumers, retailers, small family operating producers, distributors and importers.
Support the bill H.R. 4024 to give a bit more competition to over-fattened FedEx and UPS.
